ACT classes | Montana State University

Activity Classes for Credit (ACT) offer MSU students opportunities to engage in active learning providing for a well balanced course schedule and college experience. Each semester the Department of Health & Human Services offers over 30 Activity Classes for Credit.


Koru Courses | Montana Mindfulness Project

Koru Mindfulness was specifically designed for college students and other young adults, to help the challenges that 18 to 29-year-olds commonly face. This course is both useful and practical, offering the “lowest effective dose” of mindfulness training.
